My background, like many people is a diverse one…working in business and education, spending time as a writer, a student of behavioral sciences and a designer. Throughout all of these experiences I have developed a school of thought and processes, which form the foundation of what BOT is all about.

I created BOT to be a place that will help in the education and training of people, young and old, so they can be a part of the new economy and also have a sense of purpose and feeling of belonging in the world.
