Managed Learning Platform Pricing
Here are the steps we go through with you to determine the best VALUE for your ongoing managed learning needs.
* Take note that migration of your existing users and content is INCLUDED in the one-time set-up fee. A lot of competitors try and stick you with add-ons for this service, but we're not like them, remember?
Step 1
Concierge Set-up and Migration- CUSTOMIZATON: Create a structure that fits with your organization including: Assessments, Discussion Forums, Assignment Dropboxes, Instructor or Trainer Interaction, and Full Reporting
- Use your own website domain name if you wish
- Branded to match look and feel of your existing digital presence
MIGRATION (if needed): We will rebuild your existing user, course, and transcript data to ensure you retain ALL historical training iinformation.

Step 2
Ongoing Platform Management- USER-BASED PRICING: We offer a flexible pricing model to allow teams of all sizes to make use of our platform, and make adjustments to subscriptions as needed.
- (*We understand that headcounts fluctuate, so we give you advance notice when you are nearing your current subscription limits.)
- NO CONTRACTS BUT DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE: You are not locked into a long-term agreement, but if you wish to save money, we do offer 6- and 12-month discounts.
- ALL MANAGEMENT INCLUDED: There are no additional charges for the standard daily management of your platform by us, including updates to users, courses, and structure, submitted by you.
Step 3
Add-ons & Upgrades- AI-POWERED KNOWLEDGE BOT: Integration with OpenAI that allows your users to get real-time answers to questions based on your secured training data only.
- (*Chatbot is not required to make use of our Knowledge Management feature, already included in base subscription.)
- ADD-ON LEARNING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: Billed separately as-needed, access our full suite of instructional design and planning services (see below for Learning Design Pricing).
- TRANSPARENT BANDWIDTH & STORAGE ADJUSTMENTS: We will reduce or increase your subscription based on your resource utilization, and according to our service agreement with you. No surprises, are a good thing.
On-Demand Learning Design, Management & Planning Pricing
Available as standalone services or as part of your Managed Learning Platform, you have access to our skilled and diverse learning teams. All work is managed by us and you will work directly with a Bot Learning Partner, meaning you will not be responsible for day-to-day progress monitoring.
